Catherine Masterson

Catherine Masterson possesses extensive experience in customer support and operations within the banking industry, currently serving as an AVP and Customer Support Officer at Berkshire Bank since May 2012, where previous roles included Call Center Operations Officer, Quality Assurance and Training Manager, and Call Center Assistant Manager.
