Michelle Conn has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President - Talent Acquisition at Berkshire Bank, where they started in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, Michelle worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at SCA Pharma through Alaant Workforce Solutions. Michelle also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Alaant Workforce Solutions from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2020 to 2021. Michelle has also held various talent acquisition and HR roles at Alaant Workforce Solutions, Fingerpaint, First Niagara Bank, Palio+Ignite, Key Corp, and Charter One Bank, showcasing their diverse experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR management.

Michelle Conn graduated from the University of Rochester in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Michelle obtained a Capital Leadership Graduate certification in 2001 from the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 1999, Michelle became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) after completing the program offered by the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," and "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn in January 2021 and December 2020, respectively.
