Claire E. Stiglmeier is an experienced education coordinator and founder with a strong focus on supporting unaccompanied migrant and refugee children. Currently serving as the Education Coordinator for the UC Program at Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth since May 2023, Claire coordinates educational support services while emphasizing Trauma-Informed Education and Social-Emotional Learning. As the founder of Music for Migrants since June 2021, Claire promotes healing through music and the arts for vulnerable populations. Previous roles include Education Program Coordinator for Catholic Guardian Services, where Claire provided educational services to unaccompanied refugee minors, and a consultancy for the UNHCR’s Accelerated Education Working Group. Claire holds a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Spanish Language and Literature from SUNY Oneonta.
