Are you ready to be part of a revolution in AI and robotics? Berkshire Grey is seeking an enthusiastic Enterprise Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, focusing on addressing supply chain challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through research, and engaging potential clients via calls, email, and social media. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team, and marketing, to drive pipeline growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients through research and network-building.

  • Provide outstanding customer experiences and nurture relationships with prospects.

  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting efforts.

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute demand generation campaigns.

  • Understand customer needs and align them with the right resources.

  • Ensure lead data accuracy in Salesforce.

Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new technology.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in the dynamics of a startup environment, with a focus on supply chain.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or technology.
  • 1-3 years of Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second or third European language is a plus.
