Jason Saunders

Jason Saunders is an accomplished finance executive with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Advisor at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies since February 2024, Jason previously held strategic leadership roles at Munich Re as Head of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Architecture, and at Hiscox as Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Head of Process Management and Change. Early career experience includes senior management positions at Deloitte and PA Consulting Group, as well as engineering roles at BTR Automotive and Norman Disney & Young. Jason holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
