Nicole Doran has extensive experience in both insurance and youth sports coaching. Currently serving as the Supervisor of the Integrations Team and previously holding various roles at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies since November 2015, Nicole has developed expertise in business systems and producer relations. Additionally, from October 2018 to December 2021, Nicole was the Head Swim Coach for the CYC Sea Lions Swim Team, focusing on athlete development. Prior internships with the American Cancer Society, Leadership Development Center, and Sustainable Enterprise Accelerator allowed Nicole to hone skills in community engagement, event planning, and design. Early experience as a Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard further complements Nicole's background in aquatic education and safety. Nicole earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a focus on Emerging Technology and Multimedia from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
