Marc Hutcheson

Marc Hutcheson is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and education. Currently serving as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services~ Realty Center since March 2020, Marc brings extensive knowledge from a long tenure with the Columbus Police Department, where responsibilities have included roles in the Patrol Division, Detective Division, and leadership in specialized teams such as SWAT and Crisis Negotiations. Previously, Marc has held positions as Assistant Basketball Coach at Columbus East High School and Public Safety Officer at Aiken Department of Public Safety. An educator at heart, Marc taught Geography and Comprehensive Social Studies at South Aiken High School and has contributed to various athletic programs as a coach. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of South Carolina Aiken, complemented by post-graduate studies at Fork Union Military Academy.
