Travis Tuttle

Travis Tuttle is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in hard money lending and property development. Currently serving as the Owner and Founder of Wisconsin Hard Money LLC since December 2022, Travis specializes in asset-based loans while maintaining a successful transaction history without foreclosure. In addition, Travis founded Encore Properties LLC in June 2014, focusing on diverse real estate buying and selling scenarios, and operates as a Lake and Luxury Real Estate Professional at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. With nearly a decade of real estate investment experience, Travis has conducted over 100 personal transactions and has served as a mentor in the Milwaukee REIA, assisting members in enhancing their real estate endeavors. Previous roles include educational leadership positions as a high school teacher, elementary principal, and middle school teacher, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.
