Shannon K. Smith

Shannon K. Smith is a licensed real estate broker currently employed at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai'i Realty since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon served as a partner and realtor at Locations LLC from August 2003 to June 2022, earning recognition as one of the Top 100 Realtors on Oahu in 2013. Shannon's prior experiences include serving as a Sales Manager for 'A'ali'i at The Howard Hughes Corporation, overseeing 16 New Home Ambassadors for the Ward Village project, and working as a research analyst for Ko Olina Development, LLC, where marketing efforts were directed for the development and its subsidiaries. Additional experience includes marketing management roles at Colliers International and as a data control specialist in Lubbock County. Shannon holds a Master’s in American Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Texas Tech University.
