Michael Saitta

Michael Saitta is an accomplished legal professional specializing in tax insurance and corporate tax matters. Currently serving as the Head of Tax Insurance at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since June 2023, Michael previously held the position of Head of Tax, Americas with Liberty Global Transaction Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 2019 to June 2023. Michael's foundational experience includes a managerial role in Mergers & Acquisitions-Tax at PwC, focusing on due diligence and tax concerns from September 2014 to June 2019. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree with a Certificate in Business Law with Distinction from Brooklyn Law School, passing the New York Bar Exam in July 2014. Additional internships at Kering, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, and Durante Bock and Tota PLLC provided comprehensive exposure to international tax, immigration law, and legal research.
