Paul O'Flynn

Paul O'Flynn is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in global compensation and benefits. Currently serving as the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since February 2014, Paul has developed a strong foundation in strategic workforce planning during tenure at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2004 to February 2014. At Liberty Mutual, Paul advanced from roles such as Director of Strategic Workforce Planning to various positions focused on data analytics and international project management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of workforce strategy and analytics. Paul holds education credentials from HCI and the University of Limerick.
