Scott Miller

Scott Miller, CIP, serves as Senior Vice President of Property and Property Manager for Canada at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where responsibilities include overseeing the Commercial Property and Energy book, managing compliance and business strategy implementation, and developing marketing initiatives. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at Gen Re, including Senior Energy Marketer & Underwriter, focusing on Energy business opportunities across North America, and was instrumental in establishing underwriting guidelines. Earlier career experience includes an Energy Broker position at Aon Risk Services and an Energy Underwriter role at Chubb Insurance Company of Canada, both of which involved extensive relationship management and risk analysis in the energy sector. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Insurance and Risk Management from The University of Olivet.
