The current leadership team at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many of the members have worked in senior positions for companies such as AIR Worldwide, Exponent Failure Analysis Associates, Chartis, and Lexington Insurance Company. The team also has a variety of educational backgrounds, including degrees in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration and Management, and Computer Science and Mathematics.
