Andrew Manzer

Andrew Manzer joined BMC as Chief Operating Officer in May of 2020. Manzer had previously served as the Executive Vice President and Network Chief Operating Officer of Bassett Healthcare Network and its subsidiary organizations. Bassett, located in Cooperstown, NY, is a well-regarded, integrated system and a teaching affiliate of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Manzer previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Schuyler Hospital in Montour Falls, New York.

Manzer has a Bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and a Master's of Health Services Administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
