Chelsea Robert

Chelsea Robert has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Chelsea started their career as a Physical Therapist at Healthsouth in 1998 and worked there until 2004. After that, they worked as a Physical Therapist at Sherman school district from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Canyon Ranch as a Physical Therapist and worked there until 2009. From 2006 to 2012, Chelsea served as a Rehab Director at Kindred Healthcare. In 2012, they joined Gentiva Health Services as a Clinical Lead for a few months before moving to Genesis Rehab Services. At Genesis Rehab Services, they held the position of Director of Area Clinical Operations from 2012 to 2018. Currently, Chelsea works at Berkshire Health Systems, where they started as a Human Resources Business Partner in 2018 and later became the Director of Patient Experience in July 2021.

Chelsea Robert holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Boston University. Chelsea also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College. In terms of certifications, they are a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) from the Patient Experience Institute, a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, and a Certified Strategic HR Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute. In addition, Chelsea is a certified Physical Therapist from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment from the McKenzie Institute USA.
