Christa Gariepy

Christa Gariepy has an extensive work experience history. Christa has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Operations, Primary Care at Berkshire Health Systems starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director Of Operations at Community Health Programs, Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Christa also worked as the Director of Patient Relations & PX at Berkshire Health Systems from 2017 to 2019, and as the Manager of Patient Relations, Pastoral Care, Transport from 2011 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Program Director at Child Care of the Berkshires, Inc., Case Manager at Side By Side Supported Living, Inc., and Case Manager & Human Rights Representative at The Brien Center. Overall, Christa has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in various healthcare settings.

Christa Gariepy is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Healthcare Administration at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree (MA) in Psychology from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Psychology from Western New England University. Christa also holds a High School Diploma from Drury High School. In terms of additional certifications, Christa has obtained the Adult Mental Health First Aid USA certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in February 2023. In 2014, they received the 6 Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Berkshire Health Systems and in 2013, they became a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Instructor through Crisis Prevention Institute.
