Dan Lackey

Dan Lackey serves as the Director of Operations for Primary Care at PeaceHealth, a position held since January 2020, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to achieve financial, operational, and quality objectives across eight clinics and a large team of providers and caregivers. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Operations for Specialty Clinics at Providence Health & Services, Assistant Administrator for a multi-specialty clinic at Centura Health, and Practice Administrator at Central Florida Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center. Dan also has a background in health unit coordination and eye bank donation processes from positions at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Utah.
