Michele Sweet

Michele Sweet has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Michele started their career at BCARC as a Residential Supervisor from February 2000 to October 2006. Michele then worked at Adecco as a Staffing Consultant from October 2006 to January 2011. Michele joined Berkshire Health Systems in January 2011 and held various roles including Physician Recruitment Coordinator, Physician Recruitment Specialist, and Executive Recruiter/Talent Lead. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for developing and supporting a successful recruitment team and processes. Michele'srole involves collaborating with leaders and managers to attract and retain high-quality candidates in various positions. Michele maintains professional relationships with senior leaders and healthcare professionals and serves as a conduit between the talent acquisition team and senior management.

Michele Sweet earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Western New England University in the years 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Berkshire Community College from 1994 to 1995, although their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
