Shannon Miller

Shannon Miller currently serves as the Lead Provider Enrollment Coordinator at Berkshire Health Systems since July 2020, with previous roles in the organization including Provider Enrollment and Case Management Coordinator. In addition, Shannon has been a Career Coordinator at the College Internship Program since May 2013 and worked as an Insurance Product Administrator at Universal Family Insurance, LLC from September 2019 to July 2020. Experience as a self-employed Bookkeeper was maintained from August 2017 to July 2020. Prior to these roles, Shannon contributed to Berkshire Community College's Workforce Development team from February 2003 to March 2013, managing various training contracts and marketing initiatives. Early professional experience includes positions at Schweitzer-Mauduit International, where roles spanned from Finishing Room Coordinator to Quality Systems Specialist. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has educational background from Taconic High School and the University of Phoenix.
