Amelia Reed

Amelia Reed has extensive experience in process management and customer relations, currently serving as a Process & Reporting Specialist at Berkshire Risk Services since December 2013. Previously, Amelia held the title of Account Management Coordinator at JMA Information Technology from March 2007 to October 2013, where responsibilities included government contract management and customer relationship oversight. Additionally, Amelia worked as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the President and HR Director in the significant expansion of the company’s workforce. Amelia possesses a Public Trust clearance and holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Johnson County Community College, completed between 2004 and 2011.
