Stephanie Daugherty

Stephanie Daugherty is an experienced professional in property management and marketing, currently serving as the Leasing Director at Berkshire since July 2024 and as a Property Manager at Xclusive Property Rentals since March 2022. Prior roles include Leasing Manager at RK Properties, Administrative Assistant and Sales & Production Assistant at Closets By Design, and Sr. Marketing Associate at UDR. Earlier in their career, Daugherty held positions including Assistant Community Director and Leasing Professional at ConcordRENTS, and Model Actress at John Casablancas Modeling and Career Center of Connecticut. Daugherty was also crowned Miss Puerto Rico 2008 by the Brevard County Chambers of Commerce Council Inc. Daugherty holds a B.A. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, obtained in November 2022.
