Nathan Pancione

Nathan Pancione has worked in the media industry since 2006. Nathan began their career as a Cinema Lab Technician at the University of Hartford, where they were responsible for all media equipment being used by students for production purposes. In 2009, they joined Bridgewater Associates as a Multimedia Producer, where they coordinated all video production and video content delivery for a public application, actively managed a rearchitected media library for efficient search and use for future product delivery, and delivered media content, such as b-roll, to external partners. Nathan also served as a Multimedia Specialist, directing a team responsible for creating, managing, and delivering company-wide media assets to enable company mandate of Radical transparency. In 2021, Nathan joined Berla Corporation as the Creative Director of Video Production.

Nathan Pancione obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Hartford.
