Alma Hadzic

Alma Hadzic has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Alma is currently working as the Head of the Design Department and as an MYP/DP Design teacher at BBIS Berlin Brandenburg International School GmbH since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Examiner for The International Baccalaureate starting in 2008. Alma also worked at the American International School of Bucharest from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles including IB Theory of Knowledge teacher and Head of Design Department. Before that, Alma worked as an IB DP & MYP Design Teacher at the Canadian International School in Singapore from 2015 to 2018, and as an IB DP Visual Arts & Design Technology teacher at Stiftung Louisenlund from 2012 to 2015. Alma'searlier work experience includes being an IB MYP Art, Design & DP Design Technology teacher at Druga Gimnazija Sarajevo from 2005 to 2012.

Alma Hadzic completed their high school education at Schule Schloss Salem from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an IB Diploma. Alma then pursued their further education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo from 1999 to 2004, earning a Master of Arts degree in Sustainable Design. Prior to their attendance at Schule Schloss Salem, they attended NIST International School from 1992 to 1997, receiving an IGCSE and IB, though the specific field of study during this period is not provided.
