Marc Teng

Marc Teng is an experienced professional in operational excellence and strategic management, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Berlin-Chemie AG since July 2020. Prior roles include Director of Operational Excellence at Teva Pharmaceuticals, with a focus on Lean process improvements, and Leader of the Operational Excellence group for BASF Coatings operations in Europe. Marc Teng founded Teng Management Advies, providing strategic consulting and implementation support, and has held various significant positions in companies such as Advanced Micro Devices, Sulzer, and Reuters, along with early engineering work at CERN. Educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
