Stephan Senftleben

Stephan Senftleben is an experienced professional in fire protection and emergency management, currently serving as the Leiter Organisatorischer Brandschutz and Leiter nebenberufliche Werkfeuerwehr at Bayer since July 2011. Responsibilities include developing fire protection concepts, overseeing organizational fire safety, and conducting employee training and fire drills. In addition to these roles, Stephan has been with Berliner Feuerwehr since April 1989, serving as Wehrleiter from 2007 to 2016 and currently acting as the Ständiger Vertreter des Landesbeauftragten for various operational departments. Prior to these positions, Stephan worked as a Chemielaborant at Schering AG and related companies from 1993 to 2011.
