Rebecca Marshall

Rebecca Marshall has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rebecca started their career as an HR Generalist at Catherines Stores Corporation in 1998 and then moved on to AutoZone, Inc as an HR Generalist in 2004. In 2007, they joined Lane Bryant as an HR Manager for Stores and held this position until 2011. From 2012 to 2019, Rebecca worked at T. Marzetti Company, first as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and then as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are working at Berlin Packaging as a Director, HR Business Partner since 2019, where they provide HR leadership for multiple regions and integrates acquisitions into existing processes and systems.

Rebecca Marshall obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University between 2008 and 2011. Previously, between 2000 and 2003, they attended The University of Memphis and studied Communications, but did not earn a degree.
