With extensive experience as a litigation associate at Silicon Valley Law Group and HANSEN, KOHLS, SOMMER AND JACOB, LLP, Dawn has handled large caseloads involving trade secrets, contracts, and corporate matters, participating in numerous trials and arbitrations. Dawn's legal career began with roles at the Sacramento and Placer County District Attorney's Office and the California Attorney General's Office, complemented by academic experience as an assistant professor at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. Dawn holds a Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the same institution and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Chico.
