Eileen Kennedy is a highly experienced litigation attorney with over fifteen years of expertise in defending companies, executives, and individual managers in employment-related and business disputes. As a Partner and Senior Attorney at Berliner Cohen, LLP since August 2014, Eileen has represented employers in various stages of litigation before federal and state courts, as well as administrative bodies such as the California Labor Commissioner and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Eileen's prior positions include serving as Corporate Counsel at IDT, where responsibilities included managing compliance with international data privacy laws and advising on U.S. employment regulations, and as a contract in-house attorney for companies like AMD and IDT. Eileen's legal career began with associate roles at Saperston & Day, PC, and the Law Office of Nicholas J. Sargent, PC, following a law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany, both earned cum laude.
