Jay Landrum

Jay Landrum is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Partner at Berliner Cohen, LLP since May 2018, focusing on business and regulatory needs in Silicon Valley and the San Joaquin Valley. Landrum has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University School of Law in 2019, teaching "Legal Issues of Start-Up Businesses." Previous roles include Of Counsel positions at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP and Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP, as well as significant leadership experience as CEO of ALCiS Health, Inc., and General Counsel and Senior VP of Media Arts Group, Inc.
