Valeria Heintges

Valeria Heintges is an experienced cultural journalist and editor, currently serving as a Redakteurin at Republik Magazin since February 2024, with a focus on theater. From January 2022, Valeria has been a jury member for the Berliner Theatertreffen, evaluating noteworthy productions within the German-speaking theater landscape. Valeria Heintges Webdesign und Text GmbH, founded in June 2017, provides freelance journalism services for multiple platforms including NZZ am Sonntag and Nachtkritik. As a theater critic for Nachtkritik since January 2013, Valeria contributes reviews from across German-speaking Switzerland. Previous roles include a position on the program committee for the Solothurner Literaturtage and project leadership in communication at Hochschule Luzern. Valeria began their career at Sächsische Zeitung, eventually leading to significant contributions in various cultural sectors.
