Louis Netzel

Louis Netzel is an experienced engineer specializing in process engineering and operational data management, currently employed at Berliner Wasserbetriebe since January 2022. Previously, Louis worked as a project engineer at p2m berlin GmbH, focusing on wastewater and drinking water treatment, and provided consulting services for plant operations. Early career experience includes a student role at CUSS GmbH, conducting independent testing of an industrial sewage treatment plant in Malaysia, as well as technical assessments in Lima, Peru. Louis has also contributed to academic research and teaching at Technische Universität Berlin while completing a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in the same field. Notable projects include optimization of anaerobic reactors and efficient control systems in wastewater treatment facilities.
