Katharine Offinger

Katharine Offinger is a veteran marketing strategist, bringing expertise in branding, communications and lead generation to her real estate clients at BerlinRosen. Katharine oversees the Maiden+John team, focused on marketing the country’s most exciting real estate projects and firms. She started the group when digital and social media emerged in the New York City real estate market and has since grown it to include a full team of strategists, media buyers, designers and content producers. Before Maiden+John, Katharine led branding and marketing efforts at CipherHealth, Group Gordon and Fusion Optix. Outside of the office, she spends time with her family and roots for the Patriots.
