Erikah T. is an experienced professional with a background in the food service industry and education. Currently working as an English Language Teacher at Berlitz Japan since October 2023, Erikah has previously held positions such as Grill Cook at TGI Fridays, Dishwasher/Prep Cook at Il Bacaro, and Garde Manger at Panorama, where meal preparation and presentation skills were honed. Experience as a Line Cook at Salt and Smoke included training new employees and working under high-pressure conditions. Additionally, Erikah served as a Global Ambassador for UMSL Education Abroad, gaining valuable skills in communication, data analysis, and event planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Studies from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and experience at Toyo University.
