Ashley Kibblewhite

Ashley Kibblewhite serves as the Director at the Bermuda Monetary Authority since October 2021. Previously, Kibblewhite held the position of Head of Risk Analytics Liquidity & Capital at the Bank of England from April 2013 to July 2021, leading a division focused on capital, liquidity, and risk analytics. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of the Structured Finance Team at the Financial Services Authority from November 2010 to March 2013, overseeing risk reviews and capital stress testing. Kibblewhite's career began at Merrill Lynch, with roles in European Structured Finance from February 1994 to August 2010, including leadership in syndication and trading. Kibblewhite holds an MBA in Finance from Bayes Business School, a Diploma from the Institute of Directors, and a BSc from the University of London.
