Dario Mendoza Anaya has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Jefe de Costos de Alimentos y Bebidas at Bern Hotels & Resorts Panama since November 2015. Prior to this role, Dario held the position of Jefe de Compras y Costos de Alimentos y Bebidas at Clarion Victoria Hotel & Suites from January 2013 to January 2015. Dario pursued an education in Auditoria at Universidad Nacional de Panamá, although the degree remains incomplete.
