Ryan Melofchik

Ryan Melofchik has a strong background in design and engineering, with a focus on product development and management. Ryan currently holds the position of Design & Engineering Director at Bern Helmets, where they oversee the design and engineering of action sports helmets. Prior to this, Ryan worked as an Engineer/Designer at Easton Baseball/Softball, contributing to the development of sports equipment. Ryan also gained experience in teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, teaching Computer Aided Design Applications to Industrial Design Students. Additionally, Ryan has held positions at Hasbro and Gemvara, where they worked as a Design Intern and Software Content Engineer respectively. Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in sketching, conceptualization, Solidworks software, and project management.

Ryan Melofchik attended the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design.
