Jayne Jones

Jayne Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, technical recruiting, and client management. Currently serving as Vice President of Service Delivery at Bernard & Co since April 2024, Jayne has previously held significant roles including Associate Partner at Talentfoot Executive Search and Staffing and Senior Manager of Technical Search at Hunt Club, where Jayne led initiatives to enhance the technical recruitment process and mentor junior staff. Jayne’s career also includes a strong background in business development as Director at Tri-Merit LLC, and various sales positions at Groupon and Daily Herald Media Group. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
