Emeline Gautier-Viot

Emeline Gautier-Viot is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and consulting. Currently serving as DRH Europe at BERNARD CONTROLS since January 2023, Emeline is focused on aligning organizational structures and competencies to support significant growth objectives. Prior roles include DRH at Albéa Group where strategic HR policies were developed during a turnaround, and at Hörmann, where the shared HR function was established. Emeline also held senior positions at Marine Harvest Group, LASCE Associates, Narbonne Accessoires, Stratorg, and ALTEN, driving change management, digital transformation, and compliance initiatives. Emeline holds a Mastère in Marketing from HEC Paris and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie de Rennes.
