Fabien Thomas

Fabien Thomas is an experienced Plant Manager at BERNARD CONTROLS since July 2020, having previously held roles as Production, Process and Maintenance Manager, and Operations Manager within the same company. Fabien managed production teams, oversaw quality and efficiency improvements, and implemented CMMS software and ERP systems to enhance operational performance. A strong proponent of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Fabien has successfully industrialized new products and obtained North American certifications for various product ranges. Fabien's early career includes process engineering roles at Airbus Helicopters, JTEKT Automotive, and an R&D engineer trainee position at the University of Ljubljana, complemented by a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne.
