Thierry Bourin has extensive experience in customer support management, currently serving as the Corporate Customer Support Manager at BERNARD CONTROLS since January 1997. Prior to this role, Thierry worked at Air Liquide Médicale as a Support Technique Internationale from May 1995 to January 1997, where expertise in international technical support was developed.
