Ian McCuaig

Ian McCuaig has over 30 years of experience in fundraising and development. Ian is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center, where they lead a development team and oversees various programs. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor for Track & Share, a project focused on helping nonprofits achieve operational excellence. Ian also served as the Director of Fund Development at Chinese Hospital, where they achieved significant fundraising growth. Ian has extensive experience as a fundraising consultant and interim staff member, working with various clients and organizations such as Dominican University and United Way. Additionally, Ian has held leadership positions in development and fundraising at On Lok Lifeways and SF Goodwill. Ian started their career as a fundraising consultant at Marts & Lundy, Inc. and BNP Performance philanthropique/BNP Goldie Canada. Ian also served as the Executive Director of the United Nations Association in Canada Toronto Region Branch. Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated strong leadership and has consistently achieved impressive results in fundraising and development.

Ian McCuaig has a Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations at the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
