Sarah Johnson, MSHRM, CCM has extensive work experience in various roles. Since May 2019, they have served as the Director of Human Resources and Learning & Development at Bernards. Prior to that, from November 2018 to May 2019, they worked as a Project Manager at the Rainbow Municipal Water District. Sarah spent a significant amount of time at Bernards, starting in September 2008 and working as a Project Manager until November 2018.

Sarah Johnson, MSHRM, CCM has a diverse education history. Sarah completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their academic degrees, Sarah has also pursued various certifications. Sarah became Hogan Certified by Hogan Assessment Systems in November 2021, and they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. In October 2020, they became an MBTI Certified Practitioner through The Myers & Briggs Foundation.

Sarah is also a Certified Erosion Sediment and Storm Water Inspector and a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner, both obtained in December 2013 through Envirocert International, Inc. Moreover, they obtained the OSHA 30-Construction Safety and Health certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in November 2011, and they became a LEED Green Associate through the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in August 2011.
