Mike Vielbig

Director Of Supply Chain at Bernatello's Pizza, Inc.

Mike Vielbig has extensive experience in supply chain management and production planning.

Mike began their career as a Team Coordinator at Oshkosh Truck Corporation in 2003, where they focused on quality control and implemented corrective actions for nonconformance issues. Mike also handled procurement of goods and services and led continuous improvement projects.

In 2006, they joined Greenheck Fan Corporation as a Materials Supervisor, overseeing inventory management and the day-to-day operations of shipping and receiving departments. Mike actively participated in GPS/Continuous Improvement initiatives.

From 2007 to 2014, Mike worked at Grande Cheese Company, starting as a Sr. Supply Chain Planner and later becoming a Supply Chain Manager. In these roles, they focused on maintaining inventory levels and meeting age requirements for raw materials and finished goods. Mike also developed capacity plans and maintained the material master and replenishment model in the company's ERP system.

In 2014, Mike became the Manager of Production Planning and Control at Kondex Corporation, where they handled production scheduling and coordination to ensure inventory levels met quality guidelines.

Most recently, they joined Bernatello's Pizza, Inc in 2017 as the Director of Supply Chain.

Mike Vielbig attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Operations Management. Additionally, they earned a second BBA degree with a specialization in Economics from the same university during the same time period. Mike Vielbig also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, which was obtained from the Wisconsin Technical College System.
