Aleksi Klasila

Aleksi Klasila has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aleksi started their career as a Shop Employee at K-Supermarket in 2008. Aleksi then worked as a Sales Representative at Dial media and later as an Administrative Assistant at Oulun Isännöitsijätoimisto Oy in 2010. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Warehouse Worker at Kesko.

In 2012, Aleksi ventured into entrepreneurship while working as a Business Consultant. This experience provided him with a broader understanding of business from different perspectives. In 2013, they transitioned to Gouru Finland Oy, where they served as a Sales Representative and Marketing Coordinator. This role allowed him to develop strong negotiation skills and use customer relationship management software to facilitate systematic work and drive company growth.

Aleksi's next role, starting in 2015, was as a Controller at Kattotutka. Aleksi was responsible for monthly managerial reporting and played a key role in developing financial reporting processes. During their tenure, they worked closely with the business team to align process development with business goals.

In 2018, Aleksi joined HALTIJA Group Oy as a Business Controller. In this role, they supported business management from an economic standpoint through reports, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Aleksi actively participated in various business development projects and held responsibilities for company budgeting and rolling forecasting.

Most recently, in 2022, Aleksi joined Berner as a Business Controller. This role involves providing economic support to the company's business management.

Throughout their career, Aleksi has demonstrated a strong aptitude for financial analysis, reporting, and business development. Aleksi has gained valuable experience in budgeting, forecasting, and using financial tools and software to facilitate business growth.

Aleksi Klasila has a diverse education history. Aleksi attended Oulu Business School from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Management. In 2012-2013, they participated in an exchange study program at the Technical University of Munich, specifically at the TUM School of Management, to further their studies in Business Administration.

Before their university education, Aleksi attended Oulu Vocational College from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Business and Administration. Additionally, during the same period, Aleksi completed their Finish matriculation examination at Oulun Aikuislukio, or the Adult High School.

To enhance their professional skill set, Aleksi also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Laatukeskus Excellence Finland in 2020-2021. Furthermore, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Foundations certificate from LinkedIn in September 2020. Aleksi's educational background and certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
