Lucie Kantrow is General Counsel at Bernhard Capital. She oversees Bernhard Capital’s legal and regulatory affairs and corporate governance activities.
Prior to joining Bernhard Capital, Lucie was a shareholder at Kantrow, Spaht, Weaver & Blitzer (APLC) and previously practiced at Phelps Dunbar, LLP. Her practice focused on corporate law, general commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning and probate. Lucie is involved in her community as a Rotarian and member of the Episcopal School of Baton Rouge’s Board of Trustees and has previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Club.
Lucie received her A.B. in Politics from Princeton University. She received her J.D. from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
