Tim Poche

Tim Poché is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer at Bernhard Capital. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee, serves on the Portfolio Committee and oversees finance, compliance, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Bernhard Capital, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for The Shaw Group. Along with this role, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the largest operating segment at Shaw, Shaw Power. Before his time with Shaw, Tim spent 22 years with Deloitte & Touche LLP. During his tenure at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Tim served as Office Managing Partner and Professional Practice Director in New Orleans, Louisiana where he was responsible for all New Orleans marketplace activities for the assurance, tax, and consulting service lines. Prior to that, he was Audit Services Partner/Lead Client Service Partner in Houston, TX where he worked with multi-national, Fortune 500 companies operating in the utility, services, and midstream sectors of the energy industry.

Tim received his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
