Stephen Eltringham

Stephen Eltringham has a diverse work experience in the property maintenance and construction industry. Stephen has held various positions at Bernicia Group, including Managing Director Property & Construction, Director Property & Estate Services, and Head of Property Maintenance. Stephen has also worked at Gentoo Group Limited as an Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and Assistant Property Maintenance Manager. Prior to that, they served as Property Preservation Manager at Sunderland Housing Group and Trainee Manager (Property Maintenance) at Sunderland City Council. Stephen began their career as a Joiner at various construction companies and started as an Apprentice Joiner at Eden Developments.
