Joseph Viola

Joseph Viola has extensive experience in the furniture retail industry, currently serving as Store Manager and previously as Sales Manager at Bernie & Phyl's Furniture since April 2011. Prior to that, Joseph worked at Jordan's Furniture from September 1999 to March 2011 as a Sr. Sleep Lab Technician, where responsibilities included assisting customers in selecting suitable mattresses and addressing customer service issues, as well as managing a multi-million dollar sales force in the absence of the department manager. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and History from Suffolk University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
