John Moore

John Moore has a strong work experience in the real estate industry. John most recently worked at Bernstein Management Corporation as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Management. Prior to that, they served as Vice President at QICGRE, where they were responsible for various aspects of asset management including marketing, maintenance, security, leasing, and tenant coordination. John also played a key role in the redevelopment of the Ballston Quarter mixed-use development. Before joining QICGRE, John worked at Forest City Realty Trust in various roles, including Regional Vice President and General Manager. In these positions, they oversaw the operations and performance of multiple commercial properties, shopping malls, and office buildings. Overall, John has extensive experience in managing large portfolios and driving successful real estate projects.

John Moore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Penn State University. John also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management & Finance from Marymount University. In addition to their academic qualifications, John has obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from the Commonwealth of Virginia Real Estate Board in May 2018. John also holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager certification from the International Council of Shopping Centers, which they obtained in September 1997.
