Jonathan B.

Jonathan B. has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jonathan started their career as the Head of Capital Markets at Cowen and Company from July 2007 to August 2010. Jonathan then became the Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at Citadel Securities from August 2010 to January 2013. After that, they co-founded The Donjon Group in January 2013 and served as a Co-Founder until December 2013.

In July 2013, Jonathan joined SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as the Managing Director and Group Head of Technology and Services Investment Banking until February 2020. Jonathan also held the position of Managing Director and Head of Equity Origination from July 2013 to January 2019 at the same company.

In 2015, Jonathan became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Burke Mountain Academy. From 2016, they took on two roles at inGamba Tours: Executive Chairman/Lead Investor from January 2016 onwards, and Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer/Founder from February 2020.

Starting in November 2020, Jonathan served as the Head of Business and Corporate Development at Preem until September 2021. Jonathan also became a Board Member at Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp. in August 2021.

Most recently, Jonathan joined AB Bernstein as the Global Head of Equity Capital Markets in March 2022. Jonathan is currently employed there. Additionally, they are also an on-call Firefighter at Woodstock Vermont Fire - EMS since May 2023.

Jonathan B. attended St. Lawrence University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
